An Endless Conversation explores how design methodology can be applied in community work. Our current study specifically looks into facilitating workshops for young men aged 14-17 years old.

The project merges narrative and service design to encourage participation and improve the conversation between young people and local councils.

It aims to discover how creative thinking and design processes can enhance young people's engagement in workshops, and simultaneously reinforce the experience of a workshop for both facilitators and participants.

The outcome of this project is a toolkit, containing communication tools, for workshop facilitators to actively engage with young people and convey messages more effectively.

An Endless Conversation invites facilitators to utilise the toolkit and explore how their own 'conversation' with young people can be reinforced.
